Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Memberships (Sync and Precision)

  • All membership payments are final. We do not refund monthly Sync payments, 6-month Precision payments or partial periods.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account on vitalhacking.com or by emailing hello@vitalhacking.com. No phone call, no retention script. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Renewal reminders. Both plans renew automatically. We email you before each Precision 6-month renewal and before any price change.

Shipping

  • We ship to the United States and Canada only.
  • Shipping is free on all orders, including Precision biomarker kits.
  • Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 3 to 7 business days in the United States, 6 to 12 business days in Canada. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
  • You get a tracking number by email when your parcel ships.
  • Canadian orders may be charged duties, GST/HST or carrier handling fees by the carrier or the Canada Border Services Agency. These are paid by the recipient. Parcels refused at customs cannot be refunded.
  • Update your address before your order ships. Parcels returned for an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Supplements

  • Opened products cannot be refunded, for safety reasons.
  • Unopened products: contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the refund is approved, we usually refund without asking you to ship the product back.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. This applies to supplements and to biomarker kits.

Biomarker kits

If the laboratory cannot process your sample, we send one replacement kit per 6-month term at no cost.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
