Delete Your Account or Request Your Data

You can delete your VitalHacking account and personal data, or get a copy of it, at any time.

Delete from the app

In the VitalHacking app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, assessment answers, protocols, check-ins, photos, wearable data and biomarker results.

Request by email

Email privacy@vitalhacking.com from the email address on your account and tell us which request you are making:

• Delete my account and data
• Send me a copy of my data
• Correct my data
• Tell me which third parties received my data
• Withdraw my consent / stop marketing emails

What happens next

• We confirm your identity by email.
• We complete your request within 30 days (45 days where state law allows).
• Deletion cancels any active membership. Payments already made are not refunded (see our Refund Policy).
• We keep order, payment and tax records for up to 7 years because the law requires it. Everything else is deleted or de-identified. Backups are overwritten within about 90 days.
