These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and VH Technologies, Inc. (“VitalHacking”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation, and govern your use of vitalhacking.com, the VitalHacking mobile app, the supplement store and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
VitalHacking is a wellness service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace your own doctor. Physicians who review protocols do so for safety and accuracy of wellness recommendations; they do not become your treating physician and no doctor–patient relationship is created. Vital Age is an estimate, not a clinical measurement. Read our full Medical Disclaimer. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old and live in a country where we offer the Service (currently the United States and Canada). You must give accurate information in your assessment. Your protocol depends on it, including medications and existing conditions.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@vitalhacking.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. We will email you before any price change and, for Precision, before each 6-month renewal. Prices do not include taxes that may apply.
All payments are processed on vitalhacking.com. The mobile app does not take payments.
You can cancel at any time from your account on vitalhacking.com, or by emailing hello@vitalhacking.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods. Supplement orders are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Precision kits are processed by independent CLIA-certified laboratories. You must follow the collection instructions. If a sample cannot be processed because of how it was collected or shipped, we will send one replacement kit per term at no cost. Results are for wellness purposes and are shared with the physician reviewer.
Some features, including the physical test that feeds Vital Age, require a compatible wearable. Data from wearables may be incomplete or inaccurate, and we are not responsible for third-party devices or services.
Protocols and Vital Companion answers are generated with AI. Protocols are reviewed by a physician before release. Vital Companion is not reviewed in real time, can make mistakes and must not be used for medical decisions.
Supplements are sold only where they are legally authorized. We do not sell in Canada any supplement that lacks a Health Canada Natural Product Number (NPN). Check labels, allergens and interactions with your doctor or pharmacist before use. Buying our supplements is never required to follow your protocol.
Do not misuse the Service: no false information, reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, sharing accounts, or using the Service for anyone other than yourself.
The Service, including software, protocols, content, logos and the VitalHacking name, belongs to VH Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active. You own your personal data; our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results, including changes in biological age, weight or biomarkers. Results vary by person.
To the extent allowed by law, VH Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact legal@vitalhacking.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. Disputes that are not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the consumer protection law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring the claim where you live.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
